Yoga Spin
Power through your cardiovascular cycling ride then get off the bike and open the body like a yogi. You’ll never experience a better balance of workout/recovery, strengthen /lengthen and power/calm.
Integrated Strength
Uses upper and lower body exercises to create a cardio effect and help you burn more fat and calories in less time.
Mommy and Me
Bond with your baby and get your body back too!!!  These classes are good for all fitness levels and are designed to help mommy get the most from her workouts while bonding with other moms and most importantly baby :)
Yoga Fusion
Combines yoga principals, Pilates fundamentals and Lotte Berk format for a muscle strengthening and lengthening work out.
METHOD
Method is based on Lotte Berk Method fundamentals, and incorporates a blend of Pilates, yoga and fitness expertise to deliver a unique workout.
willPower & grace™
A sweaty, cardiovascular solution for mind-body practitioners. The workout challenges you to ask yourself "What if I HAD to"... and then manage it all gracefully. 
Cycling
This high energy cardio challenge helps you burn fat and get the body you want fast.
Circuit Intervals
Classic training techniques using BOSU, free weights, body weight, cardio intervals and more designed to jump start the heart rate and enhance strength and weight loss.
Outdoor Obstacles
Each class targets all major components of physical fitness through interval and circuit training designed to get the heart rate up and increase lean muscle mass, mindful walk/runs to absorb the serene surroundings and burn calories, and a restorative and empowering fusion of traditional Pilates and yoga principals.
Mini Private
Customize your workout with a workout you choose.  Choose your prefered day and class time as well as participants and class type.  You can't go wrong here.
